-Class starts promptly at 9am. We get it, life is busy. But if you are time-challenged, pretend class begins at 8:45am. Thank you for showing up on time.
-We’re always here to make classes accessible to physical challenges and athletic or life recovery, so let us know before class (or in email) what’s happening in your body, and we’ll make sure you’re taken care of in class.
-We sometimes use essential oils in class. If you have a sensitivity, please send us an email to inform us beforehand so we can accommodate.
-Refunds are available up until 24 hours before class. Within 24 hours, refunds will not be provided, and 50% of your class price will go to Charity:Water. Please direct questions to email@example.com.

The best way to learn any skill is to start with the fundamentals. This 60-minute yoga basics class will give you a taste of the movement, meditation, and theory of yoga in a fun, judgement-free space.
We know that yoga can be intimidating.
Maybe you don’t think you’re flexible, or your balance isn’t great, or you have NO clue how to stop thinking when you meditate (or you’ve never tried meditation!)
We still love you. We still think you’re an AWESOME yogi. And we think that yoga is fun, powerful, and accessible for any body.
Our classes are special.
We’re going to move slowly. We’re going to explain the poses. We’re going to ask questions. We’re going to sweat!
Our basics class at 9am is dedicated to helping you fall in love with yoga (and yourself). You’ll get to explore new shapes, new ways of breathing, and new ways of relating to your own body, ALL in an accessible, fun, no-judgement way.
Open to all levels.
Basics doesn’t mean “easy”. Even if you’re an experienced yogi, our Basics class is a perfect way to invigorate your practice, better understand alignment, or accompany a friend that’s new to yoga!
