Become your own Hands-Off Bodyworker with the MELT Method, a revolutionary self-treatment that can help you feel better—even if you’ve had chronic pain for years. Using a MELT Soft Roller and small MELT Hand and Foot Treatment Balls, discover how to rehydrate connective tissue and allow the body to release long-held tension.
Through practice, lecture, discussion, and Q&A, you will learn how to:
Identify stuck stress in your body, a major cause of chronic aches and pains;
Effortlessly find greater balance;
Experience more mobility and ease of motion;
Relieve chronic pain, reduce inflammation, and eliminate common issues such as headaches, insomnia, and bloating,
Improve alignment, enhance athletic performance; and
Keep your whole body feeling great at any age.
What to Bring:
Bring a yoga mat, if you have one, and a bottle of water. Everything else needed to learn the MELT Method will be provided for use during the workshop.
What to Wear:
Wear comfortable clothing that allows ease of movement and access to your hands, forearms, and feet. Plan to remove shoes, socks, rings, watches, and bracelets during the workshop.
Hydration is a key element of the MELT Method, so drink a big glass of water before and after the workshop.

About Your Instructor, Vanessa:
I have been practicing MELT since 2016 and have found the techniques to be profoundly effective at eliminating everyday aches and pains. I trained directly with Sue Hitzmann, the creator of the MELT Method, to become your instructor and am excited to help you incorporate MELT into your own self-care routine.
